The Junior League of Martin County is kicking off its thirty-fifth season with a new appointments to its board of directors to help continue the nonprofit’s work to serve the community. Taylor Gilmour will serve as president; Lara Bailey will serve as vice president; Keri Gustafson and Charlene Lyons will serve as co-treasurers; Julia Sansevere will serve as sustaining member director; and Ashley Price Winchel will serve as advisory-nominating chair. The board of directors will be joined by committee chairs Ashley Price Winchel, Lauren Aloia, Alyssa Regan, Heather Frady, Laura Baird, and Teena White.

Snoop Dogg turned Tuesday’s premiere of Dear Mama into a Broadus family night out. Snoop (aka Calvin Broadus, 51) took his wife of 25+ years, Shante Broadus (née Taylor), to The Ted Mann Theatre in Los Angeles to celebrate the release of the docuseries about Snoop’s peer, Tupac Shakur, and Tupac’s mother, revolutionary Afeni Shakur.
