Valeria Lukyanova, 32, has dedicated her life to looking like the iconic plastic toy, but claims the only enhancement she has had is a boob job, and her bum is all natural.
She posted photographs on Instagram of her bum and semi-naked body which looks like that of the famous figurine, which she credits to daily gym sessions.
Valeria shared snaps on the social media site, where she has more than 495 million followers, wearing nothing but a set of skin coloured underwear.
She also shared a photograph of herself showing off her perfectly formed behind to the camera.
Valeria said: "Determination always pays off.
"Persistence, hard work, this is the only way one can grow."
This comes it emerged what Valeria looks like without make-up.

Valeria, from the city of Idesas in south-western Ukraine's Odessa Oblast region came to fame because of her resemblance to Barbie.
For the past 18 months, Valeria has been living in Mexico with her husband who she only refers to publically as Dmitry.
He is believed to be Ukrainian businessman Dmitry Shkrabov, who she has known since childhood.
